The B. F. Clark Community Building is located within Southwell Park and two meeting rooms are available for private functions:
Room 1 accommodates 30 people.
Room 2 accommodates 60 people and has access to kitchen facilities.
Community building improvements
A complete interior renovation of the facility was completed in 2004 and includes new tile floors, mini-blinds, additional lighting, new aluminum tables, and fresh paint throughout the building. New ceilings were installed in the lobby and rest rooms, and all new appliances and countertops have been added to the kitchen.
